NON VIOLENT PEACEFUL PROTEST - CASINO

Apologies for not getting notification of seismic testing to you sooner (see below). I have been off line with a sore eye, and today I am celebrating Beltane; the beginning of the Celtic calandar. Beltane is the season of summer, the time of lush growth, fruit and flower, pleasure and sensuality. It is the season for celebrating the jobs of being embodied (thanks to Cathryn Walsh for her insightful words).

How does this relate to seismic testing? Simply, it is the polarity of celebrating Beltane, a travesty of the highest degree.

Below is a message received from CSG Free Northern Rivers, Lismore

People are needed to assist with road side protest action at the corner of Hockeys Lane Casino today Sunday 4th Nov.


Take Summerland Way south through Casino and turn left into Ellengowan Road just past the showground. Hockeys Lane is the first road off to the right. We are meeting at this intersection.

Tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday Metgasco will be undertaking Seismic Testing in Casino. Between the Sewerage plant on Spring Grove Rd and the Airport.


ALL CONCERNED CITIZENS ARE ALERTED TO PARTICIPATE IN NON - VIOLENT PEACEFUL PROTEST.


If you can only come late look for Marshals to give you information, but STILL COME.
Look for protest action either on SPRING GROVE RD. BRUXNER HIGHWAY OR CASINO CORAKI RD. See Map.

Please come prepared for the day, with water, food and sun protection.
